Definitely an amusing program. :)

My starfields seem to look like minefields than anything else, hehe, I think it might be because I went gung-ho on the magnitude. I'd suggest a graphical Winform interface, just because console apps make me involuntarily shiver. :P

If you went the Winform route, a quick-preview feature would be really cool; giving you a general idea of what the starfield will look like. Maybe a button to generate a starfield from randomly-set values to avoid the tedium of picking numbers off the top of my (uncreative) head.

All in all a cool little program. I'm a sucker for additive blending. :D
