How to Play

Pong-Man is a simple arcade game based upon the two classics; Pong, and Pac-Man.
The game is very simple in its rules:
It cannot be beaten.
The true enemy is the user, he is his own challenge.
To get a high score, either eat munchies, or balls.
However, if the monster eats a ball, it dies, game over, try harder next time.
But, if the monster has consumed an almighty blue munchie, it need no longer be afraid of the nasty grey balls as they are now blue and very edible...
...for a short time. After 6 seconds they will return to their evil, grey state and must once again be avoided at all costs.
As the game progresses, more balls get introduced - specifically, each "level" of the game brings on more challenge. Progression to the next level occurs when a yellow munchie is eaten. During the level-up, a new ball is added to the play zone, a new yellow munchie appears, and on occasion a blue munchie. The pong paddles also increase in their maximum speed so they can more easily prevent balls leaving the zone.

To play, extract the zip file (making sure to preserve folder names) and open Monster.html.
