[MDX] Combining different meshes at certain positions to make one mesh? I have some tree meshes, i loaded them from .x files. i place them on the terrain according to terrain's height at that points. But i want to join them in to one mesh to make all trees on the terrain as just one mesh. Models...

Volumetric Effects (fogs, clouds, lights...) ? Hi, I am thinking about adding some nice volumetric lights and fogs to my demo, for example volumetric moon rays coming in from room windows at night :) but i dont know the basic principles of these kind o volumetric effects, what kind of models...

can we implement beautiful vertex morping ocean shaders on really big ocean models? We use roaming for rendering very huge terrains with low costs of fps. but its hard to render that kind of big oceans on that terrain. water reflection distortion is driving me crazy, help! ah, thats head ache... Yet another kW X-porter for 3ds Max version this .x file exporters doesnt work if mirroring or cloning used in modeling. i want this fixed :)
