OK. I guess you are saying that all the necessary DLL's are included but that you install them wrongly for Vista.

If you want people to try your product then don't ask them to install your development tools! :-)
D3DX DLL handling is a special case. Bizarrely special. You will need to bundle the particular D3DX DLL that you yourself use. Go google for "d3dx dl... |

It's hard to resist a zombie.
Do you use the zombie game mechanic? i.e. start with zombies + humans, when they get you, you become a zombie, last human standing wins?

Nice. A few suggestions:
1. Make it fullscreen
2. Make an installer for it - InnoSetup is great for this
3. Add lighting
4. Add audio and music!

I played for about 10 mins. Very nice - fun, polished, cool comics.
