[XNA] Render to Form Control - strange behaviour

Trying to render an XNA surface to a WinForm Panel control (I know, the millionth time this has been asked). Spent 2 days on this and can't get it to work. Googled for it, tried the solutions, still not working. Let's turn back the clock.

My most recent arcade game, Eliminator 3D, plays like Robotron and Geometry Wars. Basically, you fly your ship around and shoot everything on the screen that comes towards you. As you get in to the upper difficulty levels the action is intense.... |

Two new weapons (the rail gun and the vortex bomb), two new enemies (the battle cruiser and the super cannon) and a new icy planet environment.

Any more comments on this? I'm curious if anyone has had problems getting it to run. A new version is up, 1.08, that makes it more compatible and with more graphic detail settings than earlier versions.

By the way, it's not documented yet but to get to the configurable keys press F1 at anytime during the game then F2 to go to the keyboard configuration.
I'll go update the online documentation right now.

I'll look into the objective out of range bug. I can fix that.
The new version (V1.05) might work better for you on the laptop. I rewrote the mesh rendering code and a few other areas which sped things up a bit. Also... |

Some people have suggested configurable keys which is now available along with some performance improvements.

Thanks for your suggestions, points are well taken. I'll make some corrections. My best score on Geometry Wars is a mere 315,000. Not even close to your 2+ million. Impressive.
