Problem getting Direct3DX to show up

I'm new to Managed Direct X. I have .NET 2.0 and Direct X 9. I have Visual Studio 2003.
So I click on any one of these, select it,
It shows up just fine in my references.
But why isn't it showing up in my intellisense?... |
