Short, simple and addictive you can spend quite some time with it. The music is....could be better anyway :-). SFX are ok, graphics are cute enough.....Reminded me of days past and gone :-)
I like the detail that the tank accelerates to some speed. Maybe this could be taken to the extreme and enrich the game.
For example: Begin with a small, swift, tank with small firearms. As you work your way up by shooting other tanks your tank becomes bigger and acquires more firearms and abilities but it also becomes slower, less responsive a bit sluggish to handle.
There is also the element of changing tactics. When you are a small underpowered tank you have to select your angle, move in, shoot 1-2-3 rounds and get away before anyone gets you. As the tank grows it needs to move less but aim more accurately.
Another element that could contribute to this is the ability of the larger tanks to lay mines. So you move along a track by laying mines. You have your back covered. Anyone attempting to get you from behind will step on the mines...Now you have to work with other weapons in the other directions.
In this kind of battle, careful management of terrain determines the winner. Unfortunately the tanks do not behave differently on the grass than the concrete. Maybe something for future versions?
You could for example, make the tank to proceed slower through grass or mud than concrete. Maybe have maps, you could for example, set the battle to start from the Sahara desert (sand and rocks) move to some swamp place, etc
A.I for each tank should be taking into account the status of the tank (if it is damaged it tries to avoid than attack enemies) and maybe tanks can be teamed up...For example, if two tanks at any instant shoot a third one they become friends....a team....So their chances of survival become bigger and they also have less enemies.

I had consider the different weapon types, I am currently working on different type of weapons, shields, teleportation and a more natural maze look. I need better graphics but that is all I could produce with my skills. Thank you for taking the time to post.

But pretty cool.
