I was really surprised when I saw them at first, but it did add to the strange/weird/creepiness of it. Weapon choices were interesting as well.
I was a little confused with the red/blue contrast thing. It seemed helpful mainly when you were on lightly colored tiled, but hard to see where you're going when on darker tiles. Another thing about that is when you're able to pick up a corpse the skull turns white in this mode.
Regular playing seemed a little tedious with dragging corpses but survival mode is great. Though enemies sometimes spawned on walls (so they couldn't move...), the AI was intelligent enough to be fun while not being overly difficult.
Overall, very cool.

Some of the attention to detail was nice, especially the dead bodies wheeling around if you changed direction while dragging them.
On the other hand, the trek to the freezer became tiresome after a while, and the cops were perhaps a bit too boring: either they saw you with a body and killed you instantly, or you killed them first with very little difficulty. Also, the diagonal and vertical/horizontal walking speeds are inconsistent.
Well done overall, though, this is one of the few games I've downloaded over the past month that I was actually motivated to play.
